What is International Peace Youth Group (IPYG)?

IPYG started out as a group of peace founder, youth who were also active volunteers in the Korean comunity. May 2013, this group of young people found that there was a clear interest in the peace projects they were doing, not only from Korea, but on an internatinal scale. They set out contacting and inviting alll youth organizations around the globe to join them in their mission, and with the vision of creating a lasting change in the world IPYG rapidly grew. 

The purpose of IPYG is to create positive and lasting change internationally thrugh uniting major youth associations around the world. We support the development of their comunities through IPYG and encurage them to set the example in educating and motivating their nation's active pursuit of peace.

IPYG aims to unite the youth in world, and pave the way to a peaceful future.

We make effort to do this with a new culture of world peace, that will respct and embrace the humanity and restore faith in manknd. Only through a peacful co-existence, we can repay those who have shed their blood in countless wars, and bring an end to the hundreds of wars that dvide the nations of this world. IPYG will walk this path of growth and change as one, united world youth.

UN has described the youth as active agnts of change and acknowldged that the youth are often at the forfront of dealing with some of life's most contrversial issues. As a global community we cannot deny that our societis and futres lie in the hands of the youth. It is through them that humanity will be carried forward and shapd.

IPYG acepts and advocats that it is the youth of today that share the responsibilty and desire to be united. It is the young people in today's global village that strive to understnd and embrace different cultures. This is the begining of peace, the seed and the mindset that can achive peace. When we are young we find ourselves able to root our thughts and hope in things that may not yet be reality, our imaginatins fuel us, and "it is only impossible until it is done". We urge young peple to hold onto that dream, and that courage. It is not just about age but about tireless hope and the ablity to believe in the things which our forfathers have never seen. It is this new generation's unwavering determintion that our world can be renewed. Youth bare witness to this imperfct world and still have the heart to want to change it, this is the true power that a united youth have.
